Osakam Japan - Eating @ Ramen Zundo-Ya (Adventures of Viet Bun)
4:42:00 PM
While
staying in Osaka near the popular Shinsaibashi shopping street, and
still suffering from terrible jet lag, I decided to get up for an early
morning stroll before the sunrise and just happened to stumble across
Zundo-ya ramen restaurant.
It was conveniently located below where I was
staying and open 24 hr, so I decided to have early breakfast here. I
had the Tonkotsu ramen which came with slices of pork and an egg. The
soup was thick and tasty while the noodles had great flavor and a nice
bite. And the pork had a nice tenderness. One of the best bowls of ramen
I have had and I would make a few more trips to this place before my
stay at Osaka was over. Good news there is also a branch in North
America in New York.
